3rd SS Ping Pong Championship Tournament Guidelines
1. Purpose: The tournament aims to promote participants’ health, popularize SS Ping Pong, and enhance technical skills. 2. Organizer: Mie SS Ping Pong Association
Supporters: Mie Prefecture, Ise City Board of Education, NPO Japan SS Ping Pong Association
3. Date: Sunday, March 16, 2025 (Reiwa 7) 4. Venue: Ise City Misone B&G Marine Center Gymnasium

5. Schedule: • 9:45 AM – Reception • 10:10 AM – Opening Ceremony • 10:30 AM – Matches Begin • 12:10 PM – Lunch Break • 12:50 PM – Matches Resume • 3:30 PM – Closing Ceremony • 4:00 PM – End of Event 6. Competition Format: • Team-based competition (4-5 members per team). • Matches will include singles and doubles (S-D-D). • League and tournament format. • Match format: Singles – 11 points, Doubles – 15 points. • Team scores will determine the winner. 7. Competition Rules: • Matches will follow the official rules set by the NPO Japan SS Ping Pong Association. • 40mm plastic balls will be used. 8. Participation Fee: ¥1,000 per team • Payment details will be communicated to the team representative. • No refunds for cancellations. 10. Important Notes:
• What to bring: Indoor sports shoes, drinks, and appropriate sportswear. • Players must bring their own rackets (rental available upon prior request). • No bib numbers required. • Participants must ensure their own safety during the tournament. In case of accidents, coverage will be provided within the limits of the insurance policy. • Photos taken during the event may be published on websites, newspapers, etc.
11. Other Information:
• A free shuttle bus is planned from Ise Station North Exit (Kintetsu side) at 9:15 AM.
